How to beat the monday blues
Feeling blue today? You're probably not the only one, cause today is Blue Monday. This is the day where people often feel a bit low. Now you may ask why that is. Let us explain. The holiday season has passed, Christmas trees were taken down and honestly there just isn't a lot to look forward to. And to top it all off, we're dealing with cold, rainy weather that makes that well-deserved vacation seem so far away.
Though Blue Monday isn't really a scientific thing, many people can relate to this gloomy Monday feeling. Question is: How do you beat the Monday blues? We'll give you some of our tips on how to shake off those feelings, because new year, new me. Right?
SELFCARE SUNDAY
Sundays are for me-time and pampering yourself. Use your Sunday to completely unwind so that you can start your week with a clear mind. You could enjoy a nice, long bath for instance! START OFF WITH A CLEAN SLATE

Our advice: finish off Friday with no open tasks, so that you can start off Monday with a clean slate. If you do have some really important projects you need to get done, schedule them on Monday(morning). You'll feel relieved once they're over and done with.
COLOR YOUR DAY
